Within a few years, the number of ideas and enterprises wanting a digital transformation surged globally. Web and mobile technology was proven to potentially change the world for the better. Although, this left a sizeable gap between the overwhelmed tech aspirants and the seemingly far-sighted end products. The brilliance of the noble yet powerful business minds needed a guiding light with the nitty gritty of technical development.

Our clients come from various industries and geographies, and so it behoves us to follow our well-versed processes that drive results for them. Multiple rounds of meetings, research sprints, project plans and mockups – these set the premise for every project we take up. Then follows the development process involving design structures, daily stand-ups, optimised coding and deployment, all leading up to the launch day.
Our flexible engagement models focus on trust and transparency:
This engagement model is best suited for clients who have a clear idea of what they want, with a fixed set of requirements for the project. At the beginning of the project, a well-defined deliverable is established and a project plan is put together with multiple milestones. Only after everything is agreed upon by both parties, the project starts.
This model helps clients to track progress efficiently within a fixed budget and minimise project risk. Inspite of the requirements being fixed, should they change during the course of development, a change management process is invoked which may have additional time and cost implications. Clients with a clear vision for a minimum viable product start with this model and later evolve to T&M.
Popularly known as T&M model, this engagement is best suited for projects where the requirements are not concrete and the scope is not defined. When the nature of the product is such that it has to evolve with the consumer market and the technology, the safest bet is T&M. In this model, clients make time-based payments for the resources, unlike for the milestones and deliverables in Fixed Priced projects.
This model comes with high quality time and task management operations along with project tracking and reporting practices. A hybrid of agile and waterfall project management methodologies is deployed that returns enhanced value for time and money invested.
For clients that have an existing in-house team opt for this model where we put together an extended team for them working in our premises. In this model, the core service we provide is shaping up a team for our clients, hence – Team as a Service. Clients have full access and control over this dedicated team in terms of work allocation, project tracking and reporting.
The cost effectiveness in terms of operations is what brings this model in popular demand amongst enterprises and visionaries alike. This model also comes with the flexibility of scaling up and scaling down the team size as and when required.
